QR CODES

QR Codes are a quick and easy way for people to sign up by scanning the QR code on their phone to register for events, give their donations, to obtain new guests contact information, fill out a form or survey, and to give to designated giving links!

You can display your QR codes from your screens, projected in your services, print in your Worship guides, posters, printed on label sheets to apply to the back of chairs/pews and more. When displaying on a screen, especially for the Worship center, make sure the image is large enough for guests to scan with their phones from their seats.

QR Codes are created automatically when creating your features that are shared with people, such as your Digital Guest Card, Event registrations, Custom created Designated giving links, and Forms and Surveys.

To Create your own personalized QR Code go to Communications > QR Code Redirects

Where to find your QR Codes for your Digital Guest Card(s)

From the menu:
Communications > Digital Guest Cards

• Click on the “Generate QR Code” icon to the right of that guest card.
• Right click to save QR Code image and select “Save image as….”



Finding your QR Code for your Unique Giving Designation Links

From the menu:
Accounting > Financial Settings > Designations & Unique Links

• After you have created any new giving designation here scroll down to Unique Giving Links.
• Click on “Links” for that designation
• Click on “Get QR Code” towards the bottom of the giving link/widget box.
• Right click to save QR Code image.

To Find your QR code for Sign-up or other types of Forms or Surveys

From the menu:
Forms > View Forms

• Click on “Share” for that Form or Survey
• Click on “Get QR Code” towards the bottom of the pop-up box.
• Right click to save QR Code image and select “Save Image as…” and save image in a file if preferred for future use.

To Find your QR code for Event Registrations

From the menu:
Events > View Events

• Click on “Share” to the right of that event.
• Click on “Get QR Code” at the bottom of the pop-up box.
• Right Click on the QR Code image and select “Save Image as…” .
