Refund and Service Policy

Connection Card is a web-based service for organizations and companies to track attendance, manage event registration and handle administration. Each new account is entitled to a 30-day free trial. Customers who enter their credit card or billing information at the time of account creation will receive 30 days of free use before being automatically charged for the service based on the selected billing cycle. In order to avoid being charged, you must cancel your service before the end of the free 30 day trial period. Customers who do not enter their credit card or billing information at the time of account creation, after 30 days, will be required to enter credit card information in order to continue using your account. Each billing cycle is prepaid and entitles your account for active use during the entire billing cycle. In the event of service cancellation, your account will remain active for the duration of the currently paid billing cycle. Service fees are non-refundable.

You will be granted access to your Connection Card account within 24 hours of making payment, although most customers usually receive immediate access. There is no obligation to maintain your account for any duration of time, you may cancel at any time. There are no refunds for service fees already paid.

Service Outage and Disruption
We work hard to minimize and eliminate service outages and disruptions, but do recognize that sometimes they may occur, whether for planned service updates or unexpected situations out of our control. In the event of a service outage or disruption, we will do our best to restore service as soon as possible. In the event of a service outage or disruption, please check our web site for updates or contact us right away. If you experience a service outage or disruption for an extended period of time, we may offer to credit additional time to your account at no additional charge. In these circumstances, refunds and credits are offered on a case-by-case basis.

Planned Updates / Upgrades
With our proprietary system structure, we are usually able to seamlessly update each new version of Connection Card without any noticable service disruptions. In some situations, certain updates may require limiting access to some or all features for a short period of time. In this case, it is our practice to initiate these updates during low-usage times, late at night or early in the morning. If for some reason an update must happen during peak usage times or normal business hours, we will make best efforts to notify you in advance.
