Recording Headcounts

Connection Card Pro offers you the ability to add a headcount to your attendance records for those who do not check in and get recorded as attending. You can also make changes to your Headcount if a number was entered incorrectly or has changed, adding to, or subtracting from your headcount! If you entered too large of a number, you can now have that headcount overwritten with your corrected number. This is for headcounts only, all individual attendance (check-ins or manually) will not be removed.

Recording Headcounts for your Attendance Records

Go to:  Record Attendance from your shortcut key

To create this shortcut key go to: Edit Shortcuts icon at the top of your menu > Record Attendance. This shortcut key will then appear at the top of your menu to access from any page.

• Add the number of attendees you have counted and then select if this number you are entering includes some that were already recorded, or it does not include those already recorded and is in addition to.

• Select the meeting time or group this headcount is for and the date. After entering the meeting time/group and date you will see an individual count if some individuals have already been checked in, along with any previous headcount if there was one.

• Previous Headcounts will be overwritten when you select “Including already Recorded” if the new headcount number is lower than what your total attendance number is currently.

• To add your headcount that has not been recorded yet, select “Not including Already Recorded” to add to the number. Or you can enter the total number that includes already recorded.

NOTE: These numbers will only change the headcount numbers, and not the number of individuals who attended that day and have been checked in via your Kiosk, App, or manually.

Services > Record Headcount

From your Home page, scroll down to the Record Attendance in the red box.

Headcounts can also be recorded in the Mobile App

Anyone with Admin permissions or Leader Classification for that group can add a headcount (or check-in) People using the mobile app.

Open your mobile app and click on Menu in the lower right corner.

To add a Headcount, click on Headcount.  You can click the plus to add as you count, or enter a number from your count and choose Event/Meeting Time this headcount is for from the options listed below, and click Done and Save.
