Connection Card Pro makes it easy to generate mailing labels from your database of people! Along with printing labels for a Department, Small Group, Crew, a specific grade, etc. You can also print address labels individually on a Dymo label printer or your office printer from the Person List or from any person’s profile page.
Create your labels from our Address Labels page, from the Person list, Using the Filters at the top of the person list, or from a person's profile page!
To Print Address Labels to a Group, Specific Grade, etc.:
From the menu: Communications > Settings > Address Labels
Select the options here for your Address Labels. You even have the option when mailing a children’s department or group to select to address to Parents rather than the child.
Click Generate Labels when you have selected all the options needed.
Print your address labels.
To Print Address Labels from the Person List
From the menu: People > View People
Click on each person to select/highlight (Or see below for selecting people using the filters at the top).
Scroll down to the bottom to Batch Action and select “Print Mailing Label Sheet (PDF)” to print to your computer, or if you are printing from a Dymo Label printer select “Print Instant Mailing Labels”.
Click on Go
If you selected the PDF Mailing Label Sheet option you will be taken to the Address Label page to confirm labels are for Selected Individuals, and here select the options available including your label format (5160 or 8160) and verify at the bottom the selected individuals and click on Generate Labels.
To Print Address Labels Using The Person List Filters
Go to: People > View People (Or Person List shortcut key)
From the Filters at the top such as Groups > Dept > choose Dept, or New Persons >select time frame, etc. and the names associated with this group will be shown in your person list.
At the bottom next to Batch Action, click on “Select All”.
Batch Action: choose option for labels, either Select Print Mailing Label Sheet (PDF) to print label sheet from printer, or “Print Instant Mailing Labels” to print to your Dymo label printer.
Click Go
To Print an Individual Label from the Person's Profile Page
(these instant address labels require a Dymo printer)
From the menu: People > View People (Or Person List shortcut key)
Click View for the person you are creating a mailing label for.
Click on the 3 vertical dots to the right of their address.
Click Print.
