Dashboard and Widgets

Your Home page is a great Go-To-Page first thing every day! Using your Dashboard on the Home page, you can easily and quickly keep track of new visitors or those that have requested a follow-up from your "Follow-Up Alerts" widget, see "Last Weeks Summary" widget for attendance, new visitors, new records, people serving, online giving and unique active.

Your Widgets on your dashboard can become powerful tools for you. What kind of information would you like to see quickly that may change daily? Want to keep track of your income/tithes, monthly attendance, event registrations, a heads-Up display for a certain day's attendance, like Christmas Eve or Easter? You can create these widgets to display in tables, charts, or head-up displays based on customizable data points.

You can also create and edit multiple dashboards which are accessible by the admin users in your organization and set the main dashboard as your default dashboard.

Your Dashboard can be found on the Home page

Dashboard Widgets

You can create your own custom widget(s) or add one that has already been created for you to view/track information at a glance.

Using Preset Widgets

We have included 2 preset widgets already for you to use, that we believe will be very useful widgets for your organization:

1) Summary Widget: for you to quickly view Last Week’s Summary of attendance and giving figures.

2) Follow-Up Alerts widget: This widget quickly shows you the names of new contacts, those having a birthday or anniversary, those needing some type of follow-up to show you new visitors, those needing follow-up, those with birthdates, etc. After viewing these alerts/new contacts, you can choose to click the blue arrow/box icon to go into that person's profile page, or click the green checkmark to mark as complete, or the X to dismiss alert.
